5 Reasons Not to Hire Us

Pessimists aren't naturally well suited to a career in marketing. Let’s face it, who’s going to be enticed to buy something from someone who sees the glass half empty…not a lot of Debbie Downers in the beverage industry, that’s for sure. So, when Naira asked for a blog post about why not to hire us, naturally I was a little hesitant. But here’s my attempt at a pessimistic blog post. Bear with me as I put a scowl on my face.

5 Reasons Not to Hire Us…

  1. If you like an agency to always say yes – then don’t hire us

    We’re a team of digital professionals who’ll work in partnership with you to make educated decisions. That makes us a team that will always listen but might sometimes say no...but in a really nice way. We really do integrate ourselves into your team to understand your objectives and, most importantly, your audience. Your success is our success and we’ll work to ensure we match your goals to both long- and short-term digital strategies.

  2. If you like to play it safe – then don’t hire us

    With a team full of interesting and vastly experienced characters, we’re going to give you ideas that might push the limits. Digital advertising is a chance to really explore, create and test new ideas and we want to make sure your campaigns stand out, continually coming to the table with new creative ideas.

  3. If you don’t care about the data – then don’t hire us

    We LOVE our data! Yes, we are data-driven geeks who like nothing better than to take our clients through their weekly data dashboards, measuring their campaigns against their KPI’s, spotting trends and opportunities to optimize. Data-driven solutions are how we roll.

  4. If you don’t care about return on investment – then don’t hire us

    We know that every $ counts in your business.  Whether you’re a start-up, not-for-profit, small or medium-sized enterprise, you need to generate more dollars than the dollars you spend.
